When it comes to the top stock picks in the tech industry, Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW), Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL), and Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) comes in Jim Cramer’s list. Cramer has mentioned Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW) in the last 30 days along with Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) and Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) three times each in his Mad Money TV Show.
Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW) is the favorite cyber security choice of Cramer and the share price of the company has increased by 12.29% in the last five days. Cramer further said that among the recent cyber security hacks, companies working in the cyber security space would witness an increase in demand and share prices. Cramer said,
“Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW) has only been around for eight years, but the company has always been a pioneer. Back in 2007, they were the first to market with a concept of a next generation firewall.”
Cramer further added that he couldn’t find a reason why Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW) wouldn’t touch the $100 mark.
Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) is Cramer’s top charitable trust investments and he has been in love with the company since its IPO in 2004. Cramer earlier said that Google has always been undervalued in terms of its technological innovation and the company will improve on its share prices in the upcoming year. He has mentioned Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) at least 3 times within the last 30 days.
Cramer has mentioned Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) thrice in the last 30 days and it was among Cramer’s large cap stock recommendations. He mentioned Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) on August 19 Lighting Round saying,
“I believe it’s a multi-year winner, said Cramer. I’d stay long.” He quoted earlier, “I do like Verizon. It has a great yield and earnings momentum.”
