Facebook Inc (FB) CEO Zuckerberg’s Personality Unraveled At Last

Thursday, 6th November, 2014, was the crucial day when Mark Zuckerberg, world’s most popular networking site Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) was interviewed. In a candid question-answer session that occurred, he came forth as a personality who was firmly rooted in his work and was definitely not touched at all by all the hype surrounding his profile. He also took it as an opportunity to debunk many of the myths that have followed him so far, both personal and professional.

During the interview, CNBC asked the entrepreneur about an upcoming social networking movie to which he replied that he did not consider himself glamorous enough. If ever a movie was made surrounding the social networking realm, it will have to feature him as the lead character and much of it will be dramatized to the point of distorting the truth. Since he regarded twisting facts a bit ‘hurtful’ making a movie on Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) was definitely not a part of his agenda.

On being questioned as to why he wore the same T-shirt every day, the Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) founder replied that because he wanted to focus on his company more, getting distracted by decisions like which color and clothes to wear was something that he would like to avoid. Wearing his customary grey T-shirt as always, he said –

“I really want to clear my life to make it so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community.”

Drawing his inspiration from some of the most iconic personalities like Steve Jobs and also Barrack Obama, the American President, he went on to clarify that given his position, he was more comfortable taking good decisions for his users rather than his own lifestyle.

Messenger download was another topic that he was asked about to which he clarified that the decision to persuade users to use Facebook Messenger to send and receive messages was backed by the intention to provide a better user experience. But this has not gone down well with users who have been vocally critical about the new system and as a result have voted Mark Zuckerberg as definitely not being cool as his handiwork Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB).
