Tyrus Capital has a stake of $45 million in Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) and owns 6,945,000 shares of the company. Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) generated revenue of $751.6 million for the second quarter with GAAP loss per share of $0.03. Jana partners is the biggest investor in Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) with investments worth $311 million and 46,987,935 shares. Tyrus Capital is its second largest investor followed by Altimeter Capital Management having investments worth $41 million in the company.
