Transocean LTD (NYSE:RIG) forms 2.51% of Icahn’s portfolio with 21, 47,900 shares worth $967 million. The company has a market cap of $13.77 billion and dividend yield of 8%. Its shares trade at $37.48 with a P/E ratio of 7.45.
Transocean LTD (NYSE:RIG) reported revenue of $2.328 billion for the second quarter 2014 as compared to the revenue of $2.339 for the first quarter 2014. Net income for the second quarter 2014 was $587 million with diluted earnings per share of $1.61. The company received revenue efficiency of 95% for its entire fleet with 78% fleet utilization.
